There has been some confusion over these pictures shown below. The pictures below of the well known products are for advertising purposing only. We are launching a new webstore where you the customer can purchase all the items you see below and more on line from the comfort of your home, we also offer all these items in our retail store. We will have many specials that will accompany our diapers. This webstore is for US sales only. No wholesale offers are being made on our retail store items. Our diapers will still be able to be purchased internationally and for wholesale orders. There are many laws and company rules that prevent from selling these products on an international basis and wholesale. Please see our webstore for details once it is launched.

Our diapers are single use diapers. Wash the diaper and the insert after each use.

When wet, separate insert and Nubunz Diapers and store in a dry diaper pail.

If soiled, simply knock solids into toilet. Small solids stuck to the fleece will dissolve in the wash. Use a mini-shower toilet attachment to rinse off soiled diapers over the toilet.  This works great and keeps your washer from having to work too hard. 

First, run rinse or soak cycle with no detergent.  Use 1/4 to 1/2 of the recommended detergent for the wash.  Run them through on another cycle without detergent to make sure all the soap is out.  The second cycle isn't really necessary for everyone.  Our child will break out sometimes with detergents so we like to extra rinse to make sure it is all out of there

Second, run a cold or hot cycle with detergent.  Don’t use bleach on these diapers, it is destructive to the outer PUL.  It is not good for the waterproofing of the outer shell.  If you need additional cleaning, light Spray and Wash and good hot water washing works great.

Third, if your wash is not automatically followed by a rinse, run an additional rinse cycle. This step is only necessary with a particularly dirty load.

Fourth, tumble dry the diapers in dryer or hang to dry. Do not use fabric softener or pure soap.  Never dry on high heat.  The PUL outer layer by themselves dries very fast. You can save energy by hanging diaper covers to dry.  This will also extend the life of the diapers.  All major brands recommend these same methods.

An additional vinegar soak will help relieve smell from the diapers.

Use should use a detergent you are comfortable with.  Also you want to know how your baby's skin will react to it. Try to get detergent that is oil free, or it could cause the diapers to leak. The oil will prevent the outer shell from working to its maximum efficiency.  A good example of a good detergent is Melapower scent-free, it contains no harsh chemicals.  It does have some tea tree oils, but it doesn't’t appear to effect absorbency. It also acts as an antibacterial agent.  Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

Most babies will experience little to no diaper rash while using cloth diapers.  Cloth diapers breathe and let your baby’s skin stay naturally healthy.  Do not use any rash or diaper ointments or creams with the diapers.  The oils in these will make the Nubunz Brand Diaper lose some moisture protection.

We will ship the item(s) within 2 to 3 working days after the payment is completed (not including weekends and Holidays). 

The shipment usually takes 5-10 days to your PayPal registered address.  Most shipments will arrive on the east coast within 3 to 5 days.  West Coast tends to take a couple more days to arrive.  So that would be 5 to 10 days.  Surrounding states sometimes will arrive within 2 days from shipping date.

We ship United Stated Postal Service and United Parcel Service from West Virginia.  You can estimate shipping from zip code 25070.  The USPS mail we use provides us with a delivery confirmation.  This does not provide a tracking number.  It does provide a delivery confirmation number.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.”

We ship to ALL countries around the world.  Overseas shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail so we can have tracking and delivery confirmation.  Please inform us of your quantity wanted and address and we will happily send you a quote for additional shipping costs.  This could take two weeks delivery depending on the country.  We will also need a delivery phone number for shipping purposes.  This is required on the customs forms if delivering to a PO Box.

We accept PayPal.  PayPal will accept all major credit cards even if you do not have a PayPal account. 

If you are not satisfied with our product let us know.  We will do everything possible to ensure your utmost satisfaction.  We want you as our customer.  We strive for satisfaction and rely on your word of mouth advertising.  We thank you for taking the time to look at our store.  We can not accept refunds for personal use items such as cloth diapers that are used.  This is for health reasons and can not be sold again.  Any product returned for repair must be free from offensive odor or foreign particles (lint, hair, urine or feces).  Nubunz will not handle/repair products that are not in a clean and acceptable condition. We take time for children, family and other personal activities. So it is possible if you send me an email on Thursday evening, I will not get back to you until Monday night or Tuesday just by the way the days fall. We'll guarantee our products for 30 days from the date of original purchase unless voided (see below) our warranty covers snaps and workmanship. The warranty is for the original purchaser of the diapers only. When inquiring please provide us with your name and date of purchase so we can confirm date of purchase and quantity. You have to send back the defective diapers in a CLEAN condition please.  We will not accept soiled diapers.  We are highly respectful with our customers; please do the same with us. When returning diapers for repairs, please only ship the PUL shell. All shipments to us for repairs or replacement are to be made by first class mail if weight permits. If not parcel post is to be used. We will only refund shipping for this postage type. If any other method is used for shipping, we will only pay the first class rate. You can ship up to 5 outer shells first class.

After reviewing your returned diapers, we may choose any of the following: 

(1) Diaper will be replaced with a new diaper in your choice of colors or styles if not repairable.  In most cases the diaper can easily be repaired in our sewing shop.

(2) We'll try to resolve the problem through email, repair or provide repair instructions.

We will take returns for refund on any unwashed and unused diapers if you decide not to use our products. We refund the costs of the diapers to you, we do not refund shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns for repairs or replacement. We pay your shipping costs if the item is under warranty. We pay for first class up to 13 ounces, parcel post after that. We do not pay for additional services such as insurance, delivery confirmation, supplies to ship overnight service and so forth. In the past we covered most of this. We have got some packages that had more extras on it than the costs of shipping. If you want insurance on the parcel for peace of mind that is up to you. I understand your diapers are important to you but we can not see any reason to overnight a diaper to us with 100$ of insurance on it. We ask that you please provide your shipping receipt for our records. There is no reason to ship one diaper priorit mail. We do pay for most all reasonable shipping costs. There is no guarantee of time when we will be able to return your repair. We try to get them out as soon as possible. If after a few weeks you have heard nothing, you can send us an email with the "HAVE NOT GOTTEN REPAIR BACK" in the subject line and I will try and get it completed and returned accordingly.

Leaking, "stinky or smelly diapers", and buildup, staining of the inserts or normal wear.  Any diaper may leak at times, regardless of brands or style.  We have used the best Disposable Diapers on our son, and they leak sometimes.  We have tried the most expensive cloth brands and they leak sometimes.  Please use both inserts when using the diapers, especially at night.  Using one insert only gives you half the leak protection.  Ensure the legs are snug on the baby.  Improper adjustment accounts for most leakage. Our diapers are randomly pressure tested for leaks. We do not cover the Velcro on the diapers. Velcro wears faster than snaps and will have to be replaced eventually during the life of the diapers. Even the best brands on the market have this issue.

Warranty is also void if the following happens:  

(1) The washing instructions have not been followed.

(2) The diaper has been altered except as approved by us, you can change out the velcro if needed. Velcro wears faster than snaps and will need to be changed out during the life of the diaper. We have found no Velcro that will succeed in not breaking down over the life of the diaper.

(3) If you have used the following items on your Nubunz Brand Diapers:

A detergent containing additives (enzymes, brighteners, whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils) or natural soap

Fabric softeners of any kind or the use of Caustic or Acidic substances on the diapers or shells.

Diaper rash cream. This will cause the diaper to leak.  The cream creates a water proof surface on the inserts and lets the water run off.  In the case you are getting some rash, you can change the diapers more often or temporarily switch to disposables until the rash subsides.

We have had some instances of all of your diapers suddenly start to leak. Typically this is because of a build up detergents or creams that you are using. You will need to strip the diapers in order to get them back to normal.

More than 4 or more additional inserts typically will take the weight to the next shipping level. We have to invoice you for the additional inserts. Please just let me know and we will happily add these to your orders. Inserts are $1.25 with a diaper purchase and $1.50 without.
